We are excited to announce our partnership in the development of The Hard Rock Hotel at Lake Texoma. Set to begin construction in March 2024, this project will feature an 11-acre Oasis Spring designed by Oasis Amenities. The Oasis Springs, Caribbean Bay, will be the first of its kind in Oklahoma and will feature beautiful white sand beaches, islands, cabanas and more. The Oasis Springs will offer residents and visitors a unique, appealing, and safe place to swim and relax.

The project will also be part of a larger resort complex that includes a Hard Rock Hotel with 189 rooms and 25 suites, The Residences – 168 residence rentals, an 18,000-square-foot conference center, a Rock Spa, a Body Rock Fitness Center, a rooftop bar, fine dining, and an all-day dining restaurant. The development will also be serviced by a Chickasaw Casino, onsite golf course and a 320-slip marina.
The development of the Hard Rock Hotel at Lake Texoma is projected to open in 2026 and create over 9,000 jobs in the area; boosting tourism and revitalizing the local economy.

Hard Rock International and Pointe Vista Holding Company to Develop Hard Rock Hotel and Residences at Lake Texoma
LAKE TEXOMA, TX; Jan. 16, 2024 – Today, Hard Rock International in partnership with Pointe Vista Holding Company announced development plans for the Hard Rock Hotel at Lake Texoma and The Residences at the Hard Rock Hotel Lake Texoma. Set to begin construction in March 2024, the Hard Rock Hotel and Residences will be located within the Pointe Vista development, joining a 2,700-acre master-planned resort community featuring over 19 miles of shoreline, a golf course, enclosed waterpark, a family entertainment center, amphitheater, 11-acre inland Caribbean Bay Oasis Springs, Chickasaw Casino, and more. The project is expected to create over 9,000 jobs in the area.
With a planned 2Q 2026 opening, the new Hard Rock development will be a premier destination on the Oklahoma-Texas border featuring both natural splendor and a breadth of resort amenities.
