Announcing the recipients of the 2024 Tampa Titan 100

Christopher Souza grew up in a real estate development family where he was exposed to the dynamic world of building, managing, and selling properties. This developed into a passion for real estate, focusing on large-scale master-planned communities. The large-scale water amenity market is a niche market, and Christopher has worked with top developers to incorporate technology into their projects. He has successfully worked on almost every lagoon currently built in the United States
At the age of 33, Christopher is currently the President & CEO, and Managing Partner of Oasis Amenities, where he has successfully taken what was once a vision and turned it into a successful company that can compete in the market with industry giants. Under Christopher’s direct management, Oasis Amenities has quadrupled its revenue in one year and is already generating sales that will far exceed that number in 2024. Christopher’s past experiences have equipped him with invaluable insights, strategically positioning him to take Oasis Amenities to the next level.
Christopher prides himself on being a good father to his three children and a husband to his wife. When Christopher steps away from his businesses or family, his attention turns to improving the community. He ensures his team follows suit by organizing events during work hours where they can contribute to meaningful causes in the area.
