Mirada is the largest lagoon in the United States at 15 stunning acres.

Effectively utilized our experience from Southshore Bay Lagoon to develop, engineer, and construct standard systems with common elements to ensure sustainability while lowering attic stock requirements.

Engineered and developed the bathymetry of the lagoon and mechanical piping systems, designed specific pumping systems, chemical treatment, and delivery systems, and complete electrical power and control systems. Unique Aquatic Design (UAD) was the Engineer of Record (EOR) for the lagoon and associated systems. We utilized common design standards, components, and materials to the extent possible.

Permitted, coordinated consultants, and constructed overall facility, including a 15-acre lagoon and associated machine room, 40-acre site improvements, multiple buildings including bathrooms, entry building, and numerous bars and restaurants through The Rogers Group.

Permitted, coordinated, and built fountains at the main entrance of this 3000+ home master-planned community. The project consisted of seven fountains which ranged in size from 5000 sq ft to over half-acre multi-story structural components.
