Engineered and developed the bathymetry of the lagoon, new mechanical piping systems, designed specific pumping systems, new chemical treatment and delivery systems, and complete electrical power and control systems.

Unique Aquatic Design (UAD) was the Engineer of Record (EOR) for the lagoon and associated systems. UAD and Com-Pac transformed an outmoded design into something more sustainable with lower operating costs creating a quicker return on investment (ROI) with a safer, healthier workspace.

Provided permitting, coordination, consulting, and construction of the community amenity center, including a 5-acre lagoon and associated machine room, 20-acre site improvements, multiple buildings including bathrooms, entryway, and food and beverage through The Rogers Group.
