“You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take.”
Wayne Gretzky … Michael Scott … Chris Souza
As President and CEO, Chris Souza drives the mission and vision of Oasis Amenities. Growing up in a real estate development family, Chris was exposed to the dynamic world of building, managing, and selling properties at an early age. His desire to succeed led him to undergraduate and graduate studies in business administration, focusing on real estate.
After earning his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Babson College, Chris began his professional career with Crystal Lagoons. At Crystal Lagoons, Chris traveled extensively throughout the United States and abroad to acquire valuable insights and experiences with some of the largest developers. He spent the majority of his time working on large master-planned communities while gaining knowledge of the technology and innovative sides of the business. After leaving Crystal Lagoons, Chris joined Tavistock Development Company overseeing development activities and operating assets in the Northeast U.S. Chris diversified his portfolio by consulting significant clients across the U.S., including Carnival Corporation, Highlands Property Holdings, and Preserve Communities.
Chris has parlayed his vast real estate, marketing, and property experience into his current role, where he is strategically positioned to take Oasis Amenities to the next level.
