Dana Young
Landscape Architect
Dana joined the Oasis Amenities team in December of 2023.
Dana grew up in a family-owned landscape business in Cape Cod Massachusetts, where she spent her childhood working summers designing and maintaining perennial and annual gardens, window boxes and container gardens for some of Cape Cod’s finest estates. She learned early on the skills of running a successful family business and the value of client relationships.
Dana has since cultivated a wealth of experience in both the landscape construction and landscape architecture industries. Dana worked at Sunrise Landscape as a Landscape Designer and at Nichols Landscape Architecture as a Project Landscape Designer. Her project experience spans both commercial and residential industries. In her current role, Dana’s hands on practical experience brings the added value of in-the-field experience in landscape sales, project management and construction administration.

Favorite travel destination:
Edgartown, Martha’s Vineyard – summer only!
I love to walk the historic streets and view the old whaling captains’ homes and lush manicured landscapes. Many of the historical homes, as well as public and commercial buildings in town, have been revitalized by my favorite Architect, Patrick Ahern. On a trip to Edgartown one summer, I stopped by
Patrick’s office on a whim and saw he was in. He was so gracious and invited me in and we talked about his past and future work, my profession as a landscape architect and how much I love his work. Before leaving he was so kind to take a picture with me.
