As the Engineer of Record for three significant development projects, Mirada Lagoon, Southshore Bay, and Brightwater Lagoon, Dean and his group, Unique Aquatic Designs, Inc., gained a clear understanding of the engineering challenges associated with construction projects of this magnitude. The practice of having the engineering arm associated with manufacturing allowed Dean to tailor each project to its required needs. This association ensures our projects are more sustainable with a faster return on investment and overall success rate.
