Gracie Hunt
Director of Business Development
Gracie joined the Oasis team in April 2024 as Director of Business Development.
After earning her bachelor’s in Finance and minor in Real Estate, at The University of Alabama, Gracie moved to Dallas to work in the development field. Gracie spent 3 years as the land development analyst at Meritage Homes, where she gained an extensive knowledge of civil and vertical development. She also managed the development budgets and cashflows for over 15 different single-family communities in various stages. Her background in single-family development led her to Florida to pursue the amenity center side of the business.
Gracie was born and raised in Mobile, Alabama, where she grew up loving any activity on the water. Boating, skiing, scuba diving, and fishing are among some of her favorite activities. Though, spending time with friends and family is the most important!

Where do you see Oasis Amenities in 5 years? 10 years?
I see Oasis breaking into many different markets other than Florida. We are already breaking into the Texas market and will surely have Springs all over the country in 10 years!
